About

About Greek Property Check

Greek Property Check turns scattered public map data about a Greek property into one plain report, so you know what to ask your lawyer and civil engineer before you commit.

Why it exists

The public information that matters for a Greek property sits with different authorities, in different formats and mostly in Greek: the Hellenic Cadastre, forest maps, flood maps, Natura 2000 and more. Buyers, especially from abroad, often see it late, or only after paying for several separate searches.

Greek Property Check brings these sources together for one confirmed cadastral parcel. It shows what the tested public data says, what it does not say, and which questions to take to a professional.

How it works

  • You confirm one cadastral parcel for free.
  • The report checks that parcel against public datasets. The findings come from fixed rules, not from guesswork, and each one names its source and its limits.
  • Absence of a signal in the tested layers does not prove absence of risk, and the report says so.

What we are not

Greek Property Check is not a law firm, engineering firm, notarial office, insurance intermediary, tax advisory firm, real-estate agency or public authority. Reports are informational pre-checks, not professional certifications, and do not replace a Greek lawyer, civil engineer, notary or accountant.
