Contract performance: to deliver reports, accounts, and paid services you request.

Consent: where required for optional communications or non-essential cookies.

Identity and contact data (email, name where provided), transaction references, the confirmed parcel identifier and the coordinates used to find it, optional property context, technical logs, and support correspondence.

Report outputs may include location coordinates and public-source excerpts. They are not professional certifications.

We use infrastructure, payment, email, storage, monitoring, and support providers that process data on our behalf or under their own provider terms. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
